Disability consultancy specialising in inclusive services, products and facilities

Since 1995 Mary-Anne has worked as a disability consultant with her own clients and as an associate of Minty & Friend, David Bonnett Architects and Freeney Williams.

Her son James got her into this! James has Down's Syndrome and her experience and frustrations as a carer to James and other family members made her determined to raise people's awareness of the issues faced by disabled people, break down barriers and open up opportunities.

Mary-Anne has the reputation of being a 'fixer'. Having worked with businesses on employment issues, she has more and more focused on inclusive customer service in which she now specialises.

To provide a source of complementary skills and experience, Mary-Anne has strong links with a number of highly respected disability, diversity and accessibility consultants. Her much valued collaborators include:

Kay Allen, David Bonnett, Phil Friend, Simon Minty, Fiona Morden, Kate Nash and Rick Williams

To enable us to provide a full service in the area of inclusive customer service and products, we also have a few specialist associates whose skills and experience complement our own.
